Yes. For travelers who simply need the right place to stay, we offer a complimentary consultation and manage the research and booking on your behalf for a fee.
Through our personal relationships with many of the world’s finest hotels, private villas, private island owners and resorts, we’re able to secure privileged access, elevated recognition, and exclusive benefits that aren’t typically available when booking independently. Ahead of your arrival, we communicate directly with the hotel or villa management to ensure they’re aware that a VIP client is arriving, along with any preferences you may have — from room location and view to dietary needs or special occasions.
This proactive approach allows properties to thoughtfully prepare for your stay and deliver the best possible experience from the moment you arrive. When applicable, your booking also includes Virtuoso and preferred partner benefits, adding even more value at no additional cost.

Once a reservation is made, our team is immediately notified, allowing us to connect directly with our partner properties ahead of your arrival.
This ensures your stay is recognized, thoughtfully prepared, and supported with the discreet attention and elevated care that define the VIVRE experience — even when you choose to book independently. -
Our approach is designed to be transparent and client-focused. For many bookings, including hotels, villas, and certain experiences, we do not charge service fees, as our work is compensated through our preferred partner relationships. This allows us to provide you with added value, exclusive amenities, and VIP recognition at no extra cost.
For fully bespoke trips or complex itineraries, VIVRE charges a trip design fee akin to a financial planner or interior designer. This design fee reflects the many hours of work invested to research, coordinate and craft your unique journey with our selected global partners. The starting fee is $800 per week of travel for a group of up to 4 travelers.
Other items such as flight booking and expedited travel fees may apply in certain cases and will be thoroughly discussed during our discovery call if they are applicable. -

It begins with a thoughtfully crafted itinerary that outlines the flow of your trip — destinations, pacing, accommodations, and key experiences — all tailored to your preferences and travel style.
You’ll receive a detailed day-by-day overview highlighting recommended experiences, accommodations along with practical considerations such as travel times and logistics. Where appropriate, we include thoughtful alternatives or enhancements, allowing you to refine the journey collaboratively before moving forward.
Once approved, your finalized itinerary is seamlessly organized within our digital itinerary platform, where every reservation, transfer, and experience is clearly documented and easily accessible while you travel. The result is a journey that feels intentional, effortless, and uniquely yours — with every detail anticipated and expertly managed behind the scenes.
Some of the world’s finest travel suppliers negotiate confidential wholesale rates for hotels, drivers, and experiences. These rates are proprietary and cannot be disclosed from a contractual standpoint, even to us. For this reason, we work exclusively with preferred partners who provide fair, transparent pricing to our clients. While this sometimes means presenting a lump-sum total rather than a detailed line-by-line breakdown, this approach is standard in the travel industry.
Your proposal will be tailored to your budget, with thoughtful optional enhancements if we feel you might enjoy a particularly unique or elevated experience.

Yes, we strongly recommend travel insurance for every journey. Even the most meticulously planned trip can encounter unforeseen events — from flight delays or cancellations to medical emergencies or lost luggage.
A comprehensive policy provides peace of mind, allowing you to enjoy your travel experience fully, knowing that unexpected situations are covered. We have a dedicated insurance team who can guide you on the types of coverage that best suit your itinerary, including trip cancellation, medical, and baggage protection, and recommended trusted carriers to ensure you’re fully protected. -
When a trip is requested within 45 days of departure or within 90 days of travel for the Dec. 20 - Jan 10 period, we typically assess an additional fee of 50% above our normal trip design fee for expedited planning. Securing reservations given availability and minimum stay constraints is very challenging, generally requires extensive research into alternatives if preferred partners are booked, and compels us to de-prioritize other work.
With this in mind, we always discuss this upfront before moving forward. If a fee is required, it will be clearly outlined in advance, along with what it covers. Whenever possible, we’ll also advise you on what can realistically be achieved within your timeframe to ensure your expectations are met.

Vivre partners with Brownell Travel’s Air Desk to provide personalized support for commercial flight reservations. Airfare quotes are complimentary, and should you choose to proceed with a booking, a ticketing fee of $150 per person applies.
We also arrange private jet travel, a service offered complimentary to our clients.
Our Air Desk books premium economy, business, and first-class airfare and actively monitors your flights before and during travel. In the event of a cancellation or delay, our team can step in immediately—eliminating long hold times and the frustration of dealing directly with the airline. Please note that if flights are self-booked, airlines do not permit us to intervene on your behalf.

We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. The specifics of cancellations depend on the individual suppliers — hotels, villas, tours, and transportation each have their own policies regarding refunds, deposits, and deadlines. It should be noted that VIVRE assesses a cancellation fee of 15% of the total trip cost to cover planning, coordination, and professional services already rendered. All fees paid to VIVRE are non-refundable.
This is also why we strongly recommend travel insurance. A comprehensive policy can provide reimbursement for cancellations, delays, or other unforeseen events, giving you added peace of mind and financial protection.
Please also note that from the moment you book, we work closely with our partners to secure the most flexible options available and clearly communicate any deadlines or penalties upfront. If a cancellation becomes necessary, we handle all communications on your behalf and explore alternatives whenever possible, such as rescheduling dates or applying deposits toward a future trip. -
No. Our global partners view VIVRE as a valued long term partner and confer unique benefits to clients who book with us. We work with trusted hotels, villas, and travel partners who offer the same publicly available rates—and often better value—when booked through our relationships. In many cases, our clients receive preferred benefits such as upgrades when available, daily breakfast, credits, early check-in or late check-out, and VIP recognition, all at no additional cost.
Booking through VIVRE will typically match the best available rate offered directly by the hotel, and you will have VIP status that is better than what you would have had booking directly (higher priority for upgrades, etc) plus amenities. There may sometimes be a better deal you can find online through booking.com or Expedia, often for the least desirable room within a category. If you book with Expedia or a similar site, you are considered the lowest priority on the hotel’s guest list, so if the hotel is overbooked or an issue arises, your booking may be in jeopardy
